Pastor and First Lady

Mission
We will minister to the Lord through worship as we win others by our witness, while fellowshipping in a warm environment, resulting in a mature Christ-like walk which, ministers to the whole person.

History

Pastor Emmett and Minister Deborah Johnson are natives of Augusta, Georgia. They served twenty-seven years in the United States Armed Forces and conducted ministry around the world with the assistance of the United States Army.

In June 2001 they were assigned to Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base. After being a part of a very prominent and growing congregation, Fresh Anointing House of Worship, in the city of Montgomery, AL, their pastor Apostle Kyle Searcy released them to fulfill their mandate for ministry. In 2004, God inspired their hearts and birthed Benevolence Ministry in Hayneville, AL.    continued...

Core Beliefs
As believers, our inheritance is that we deal with every circumstance not through our own natural abilities or understanding, but to operate by faith in God.
  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible word of God.

  • We believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

  • We Believe the Bible is the true center of Christian union and the supreme standard by which all human conduct. creeds and opinions should be tried.

  • We believe this Word should go into all the world and should be given first place in every believer's life 2 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 4:12; Peter 1:23-25; and 2 Peter 1:19-21)

  • We believe that man, in his natural state, is a sinner-lost, undone, without hope, and without God (Romans 3:19-23; Galatians 3:22; Ephesians 2:1,2,12).

  • We believe the terms of salvation are repentance toward God for sin and a personal, heart felt faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. 2( acts 3:19,20; Romans 4:1-5, 5:1; Ephesians 2:8-10)

  • We believe The Body of Christ is made up of all who have been "born again" regardless of denominational differences. We believe in the spirit of unity while allowing for variety individual ministries as to their work, calling, and location as directed by the Holy Spirit Acts 10:34,35;1 Corinthians 12:12-31)

  • We believe in the saving power of the blood of Jesus and His imputed righteousness (Acts 4:12; Romans 4:1-9, 5:1-11; Ephesians 1:3-14).
  • We believe that the two ordinances of the Body of Christ are water baptism and the Lord's Supper (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:24-26).

  • We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit is for all believers as promised by John the Baptist (Matthew 3:11), Jesus (Acts 1:4-8), and Peter (Acts 2:38-41).
